Business Development Executive (Job Code: AS108)
• Identify, develop, and secure high-value business opportunities across national and Middle East projects, enabling strong career exposure and growth • Build and maintain strategic relationships with clients, developers, and industry stakeholders, establishing yourself as a trusted professional • Gain hands-on exposure to market trends, project pipelines, and strategic decision-making within a leading consultancy environment • Represent ASECOM in high-level client meetings, presentations, and negotiations with confidence and professionalism • Manage client accounts end-to-end, ensuring service excellence, client retention, and long-term partnerships • Prepare impactful proposals and convert opportunities into successful, high-value projects • Act as a brand ambassador, contributing to business expansion while building a strong, future-ready career path • Minimum 3+ years of experience in engineering services, consultancy, contracting, or trading sectors • Excellent communication and presentation skills with a professional approach • Ability to represent ASECOM at state and national-level conferences, delivering seminars and professional presentations • Confident, proactive, and capable of engaging effectively with clients and industry stakeholders at all levels Eligibility: • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar business development role Qualification: • BBA / MBA in Marketing or Engineering degree is preferred
